Here are some paintings and drawings from May, June, and July 2022, I hope you enjoy them.

These were all done in either Faber Castel Polycromos Pencils or Faber Castel Pitt Pastel Pencils. I also tried out a new Toned Blue Mixed Media Paper pad during this time.

One interesting thing involving art recently is that I started going back to a studio once every week. One of those places where you pay a small fee, bring your own supplies and talk to other artists. After 2 years of Covid Restrictions, I really needed this new outing. I also visited a Cabin in July and created a Plein Aire Sketch of the pine tree “Woodlands Pine.” I also included 2 takes on the same scene. “Long Sault Marina” as a normal colour version, and a monochromatic blue version.
